Hardy and Harper began 75 years ago as a small asphalt patch and repair company. Through the years we have grown to be one of the premier paving contractor in Southern California. Our focus is municipal maintenance programs, public works projects and private sector commercial and residential jobs. We offer a multitude of services, such as asphalt R&R (removal and replacement), new grade and paves, skin patching, overlays and much more.

Our experienced concrete crews are trained for small and large projects. They are ready at a moment’s notice to handle all of your concrete needs. They approach each project with high performance, production, and quality. Our crews are trained and experienced in the following: curb and gutters, sidewalks, flow lines, ADA compliant handicap ramps, concrete cutting, demolition and reconstruction. 

Slurry seal is the most cost effective way to preserve and protect a paving investment over time. The application of slurry seal will extend the life of existing pavements by protecting the undersurface from the effects of the environment. Slurry seal will also improve the appearance  of your project.

 Crackfill offers an affordable solution to repaving that allows the asphalt's longevity to be greatly extended.  Using rubberized crackfiller we are able to halt the breakdown of asphalt by sealing cracks and preventing damage from progressing. .

Sidewalk & gutter grinding is a cost effective way to improve safety and water flow on existing concrete surfaces. Hardy and Harper is currently under contract with a number of municipalities to limit the liability of sidewalk trip hazards. We also provide concrete gutter grinding to remove lifted areas that impede proper water flow.

Our SB-2500 Shuttle Buggy material transfer vehicle (MTV) can store and transfer hot-mixed asphalt material from a truck to a paver for continuous paving. We also offer a new 2019 state of art Wirtgen 4' grinder for a wide variety of cold mill applications.

From pickup to delivery, our dump trucks haul bulk shipments of gravel, asphalt and dirt used in all construction jobs. We can also haul debris, mud, etc. from areas that have been hit by unforeseen weather conditions. We focus on safety, efficiency and productivity when haul all products on and off your projects.
